Occupancy and House Rules

Applicable rules

• The apartment may only be occupied by the persons included in the reservation and listed in the rental agreement. The maximum permitted occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

• All guests and occupants must provide the identification details required for registration and reporting to the competent authorities, in accordance with current legislation. Guests aged 14 or over must sign the relevant guest registration form. The details of children under 14 must be provided by the accompanying responsible adult.

• Children up to and including 9 years of age stay free of charge. However, they must be included in the reservation, their identification details must be provided, and they count towards the apartment's maximum occupancy. From the age of 10, the applicable additional guest charge will apply, where relevant.

• The apartment, furniture and equipment must be kept in good condition throughout the stay. Any damage, fault or incident must be reported to Madrid Rental Flats as soon as possible.

• Parties, loud music, disruptive gatherings and any dangerous, unlawful activity or conduct contrary to the building's house rules are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

• The person signing the rental agreement will be responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration caused by any occupant or visitor. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, Madrid Rental Flats may terminate the stay and require all occupants to leave the apartment without entitlement to a refund, without prejudice to any applicable charges or liabilities.

• By confirming the reservation and signing the rental agreement, the guest accepts the conditions applicable to the seasonal rental, including the occupancy and house rules, guest registration requirements, payment terms, security deposit, cancellation and amendment policies, check-in and check-out arrangements, and any applicable penalties.

• The full terms and conditions, the identity of all occupants, and the specific temporary, non-holiday purpose of the stay will be recorded in the rental agreement and the corresponding guest registration documentation.
