Arrival and departure times

Our offices are located in the same building as the apartments, which makes check-in procedures much more convenient.

Upon arrival, you will sign the contract and pay the remaining balance in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard), together with the deposit if required. Our team will then accompany you to the apartment to hand over the keys, inventory and a general explanation of the facilities, and to answer any questions.

The apartment will be available from 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you if the apartment is available.

To provide better service and avoid unnecessary waiting, please inform us of your estimated arrival time.

The obligation to occupy the apartment will cease, with loss of the deposit paid, if the apartment is not occupied within 24 hours of the agreed date, unless arrival is confirmed within that period and takes place before the accommodation cost for elapsed days exceeds the deposit paid.

Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your contract.

If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate your request when possible.

On departure, the apartment must be left as found, free of personal belongings, in good clean condition and with furniture and fittings as listed in the inventory provided with the contract.

You must return the apartment keys. The deposit will be refunded, minus any charges for damage, cleaning and/or lost keys.

Failure to vacate the apartment at the end of the contracted period will result in the penalties set out in the General Terms of Use.
