The person who signs the contract and the occupants are responsible for upholding the following standards and conduct. In the event of violation of any of the following items, Madrid Rental Flats shall have the right to evict the occupants without entitlement to any financial compensation whatsoever.

 

Please read the following items carefully which you are obliged to observe:

• Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the apartment can only be used by the number of persons indicated on the reservation confirmation. This cannot exceed the number assigned and determined for each apartment, except in cases of children under 2 years of age (up to a maximum of 2).
• You undertake to keep the apartment in perfect condition throughout the period of occupancy.
• Activities of a troublesome nature such as parties, loud music, making noise, and so on, are not allowed, nor are harmful, dangerous, illegal or other activities that go against customary standards of co-existence, morality, decency and public order; the hours of rest are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

• No pets are allowed in the apartment.

You shall be fully and exclusively liable, and exempt the owner of any liability for:
• Damages that may occur to people or things resulting from the facilities for services and provision.
• Damage, breakdown, loss or theft occurring in said premises without any limitation whatsoever, whether caused by the people occupying the apartment or by people who reside in the apartment.

 

The fact of accepting a reservation implies acceptance of the these standards and conditions, as well as of our policy of cancellation, fees, modifications, reservations, payments and security deposits and rules for arrival and departure.
