When making your reservation, you will be asked to pay 25 % down payment via credit card for the apartment you are reserving. Once this payment is made, you will receive a reservation confirmation and number via e-mail so you can identify yourself in subsequent communications, together with conditions and terms and additional information.

 

 

The down payment is credited against the price of the rental. Upon signing the contract and receiving the keys, you will be asked to pay the outstanding balance, by cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card).

For some exceptional cases, reservations can be paid through bank transference (any fees for the bank transference will be paid by the client).

The reservation for the apartment will not be confirmed until proof of the transfer has been sent by fax and received by Madrid Rental Flats.

 

For long term rents we can arrange monthly standing order.

Full payment of the reservation (100%) will be made in advance in certain periods of the year where major events or holidays (such as Christmas and Easter) occur. Full payment of the reservation (100%) will be required.

 

We require a security deposit in cash or visa /master Card, the amount of which depends on the apartment you have chosen.

 

The security deposit will be collected upon your arrival and returned on the day of your departure, once it has been established that the condition of the apartment is the same as it was when you arrived. If damages are assessed or keys are lost, we may deduct a portion of the security deposit from the refund.

Such charges are assessed as follows:

- for damages: estimated on the basis of damages incurred
- loss of keys: 30€
- cleaning: 50€
