Each apartment has its own price according to each one's particular qualities, and rates are per day. Prices range from 72 € through 215 € (special discounts for long stays) Price includes accommodation, water, gas, electricity and Internet fees. The price does not include charges for additional services.

NOTE:
For longer stays ask for special prices. Children between 0 and 3 years old are for free. We will provide you with a baby's crib with no extra charge. We ask you to let us know in advance so we can set it up in the apartment.
Extras
- Cleaning- Cleaning prior to your arrival in the apartment is included. You will find the apartment in perfect condition, with all bedding and towels and our amenities to make you feel at home.
Parking
• Parking spaces in garage: We offer parking spaces in the same building. You may arrange to rent a space through the reservations system or simply ask for one when you arrive. The price is 15 € per day.
