The reservation down payment of 25 % will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

In cases where the full rent has been paid with the reservation and you wish to cancel, this will entail a fee that will depend on the number of days remaining before your scheduled arrival time:

 

* Between 30 and 90 days: 50% of the amount of the reservation.

* Less than 30 days: 100% of the amount of the reservation.

 

However, we do offer the option of changing the dates of your rental once the reservation payment has been made, as well as the apartment you have selected, as long as there is availability (within a maximum period of three months from the date of the modification) and as long as the change in question involves an equal or greater amount. If there is no availability, the schedule of fees indicated above for cancellation of reservations will apply.

 

If we find that due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to provide you with the apartment you have reserved, we would provide you with another apartment of similar or superior category.

 

If no such arrangement can be reached, the contract will be cancelled. Madrid Rental Flats will reimburse the client for all payments received (except for that portion corresponding to days of the stay already lapsed, if such be the case), without Madrid Rental Flats being liable for any additional claims.
