Our offices are located in the same building as the apartments. This allows for greater convenience when processing arrivals. When you get here, you will sign the contract and pay any outstanding balance. This should be paid by credit card or cash together with the security deposit, and once this is done, our representative will show you to your apartment to give you the keys, the inventory and a general overview of how things work, as well as responding to any questions or suggestions you may have.

 

Apartments are available as of 3:00 p.m. Should you be arriving before this time, we ask you to let us know so we can try to accommodate you earlier if the apartment happens to be available.

 

Please note that for arrivals and departures after 9:00 p.m., or on holidays or weekends, there will be an additional charge of 30€.

 

The obligation to hold the apartment will expire, and the down payment will be forfeited if the apartment is not occupied within 24 hours of the day that has been set for arrival, unless arrival is confirmed within this period, taking place before the amount of the rent for the days already lapsed exceeds the amount of the down payment already paid.

 

 

Checkout time is before 11:00 a.m. on the agreed date. If it is necessary to postpone your departure, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can provide a solution for the particular circumstances, if possible.

 

When you leave, the apartment must be left in the same condition in which you found it: Totally clean, all facilities working, furniture and accessories in perfect condition. All these things are listed in the inventory that is delivered along with the contract.
The apartment must also be left free of your personal belongings and effects.
Without there being any extension of the agreed upon period of duration, unless by written agreement between the parties.

 

When you return the keys of the apartment, the security deposit will be refunded.
The costs for the following will be deducted from the security deposit: any damages made to the apartment and/or its facilities, the loss of keys, and/or returning the apartment in an unclean condition, Non-fulfillment of the obligation to vacate the apartment at the end of the contracted period of use shall incur the application of the fines set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Use that will be delivered when you take up use of the apartment

When you leave, the apartment should be left in the condition in which you found it, leaving it free of your personal belongings and effects, in a state of total cleanliness with all facilities functional and all furnishings and accoutrements intact that are set forth in the inventory that is delivered with the contract, without there being any extension of the agreed upon period of duration unless by written agreement between the parties.

 

You must deliver the keys of the apartment, whereupon the security deposit will be refunded, with deduction therefrom for any damages incurred, if such there be, or for cleaning and/or loss of keys.

 

Non-fulfillment of the obligation to vacate the apartment at the end of the contracted period of use shall incur the application of the fines set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Use that will be delivered when you take possession.
